Each of our rooms have a private bath, mini refrigerator, microwave, wireless internet, hair dryer, in-room coffee, Cable TV, credenza, phone for outgoing calls, sitting area with table and two chairs, picture window and outside sitting area facing a shaded lawn on the edge of a tidal inlet. For your comfort we have installed new state of the art whisper quiet air conditioning in addition to having ceiling fans in all rooms.

CHECK OUT TIME is before 11 a.m.

CHECK IN TIME is 2 p.m. (Rooms may be ready earlier.)

One nights deposit or 33% of entire reservations (which ever is greater) will reserve your room.
Credit card deposits will be processed at reservation time.
Deposits other than by credit card must be received by us within seven days after you make an advanced reservation.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 14 days before expected arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your expected arrival, your deposit is refunded (less a $20 fee) for each room(s) provided we are able to re-rent the room(s).
Some weekends and holidays may require three night minimum.
Payment is due on arrival.
